Stonehenge. The Kremlin. A bridge in Vietnam and a former prison in Morocco. For more than 20 years, French artists Compagnie Carabosse have been putting them all to the torch. Now, these luminary alchemists will transform Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria’s Melbourne Gardens into a dreamspace of mystery and revelation.

Mammoth spheres of leaping flames, sculptures that flicker and dance, fiery urns that cause shadows to play and a soundtrack every bit as brilliant as the garden itself—making your way through this dense and wondrous garden is both a personal journey full of surprises and a shared experience of elemental forces in full effect.

Fire Gardens will light Melbourne up like never before.
